History

An Original Is Born

EZ Moves® Furniture Slides were invented in 1993 when a father and son, who were carpet installers, knew there had to be an easier way to move furniture. They were certain there was something better than conventional wheeled dollies. Thus, they invented EZ Moves®, freeing them from the daily backaches they suffered from moving heavy furniture.

For years EZ Moves® were manufactured in the family garage and sold primarily to carpet installers and carpet cleaners. These professionals found when they used EZ Moves® Furniture Slides in customers’ homes, the homeowners were amazed at how well they worked and wanted to buy a set for themselves. Workers were selling their own sets every day to supply the consumer demand….. “Consumer demand? We never really thought about that,” commented Don Edwards, co-inventor. “We knew we had a great tool for carpet installers, and now we know everyone loves EZ Moves® Furniture Slides!”

Return Policy

We have a 30-day “no questions asked” return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason. We only ask that you pay the return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same general condition that you received it, unworn and unused. 

To start a return, contact us at support@ezmoves.com. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.

Defective or Damaged

Inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s). We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. We do pay return shipping for defective, damaged and incorrectly fulfilled items.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. The vast majority of our orders ship the next business day after having been received.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on orders of and over $50 within the continental United States.

Orders under $50 and shipping within the continental United States receive a flat rate shipping charge of $4.99. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are treated as international orders.

International Shipping

International orders are billed at the calculated UPS shipping rate, based on destination and class of service the customer selects at checkout.

Checking Status

When your order ships you’ll receive an email providing the carrier tracking number. If your order package hasn’t arrived within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email contact us at  support@ezmoves.com and we’ll check it out.
